- Birth Certificate – 2 proofs of address
- Proof of all sources of income – Immunization Record
The NHCAC Head Start and Early Head Start programs offers Free Full day Education Services for low income families with children Ages 0-5. We service the following communities: North Bergen, Union City, Guttenberg, West New York, Secaucus, Kearny, Harrison and Weehawken.
