NHCAC’s mission is to promote and improve the quality of life and to eliminate factors leading to poverty for northern New Jersey residents by providing comprehensive health and social services with compassion, through collaborations and partnerships, in a culturally sensitive environment and to reduce health disparities in our communities. Making an impact and maintaining this focus requires a dedication to quality processes. This dedication is evident in the corporate commitment to the Quality Improvement and the collaboration across disciplines and departments to identify and prioritize important areas for improvement. As such our program recognizes the importance of the patient experience, cost control, productivity, including clinical and cultural competence across the continuum of care.
