Health Services Manager (LPN) – Head Start / Early Head Start

We are seeking a licensed LPN to serve as the Health Services Manager for our Head Start and Early Head Start programs. This role oversees health, nutrition, and safety services for enrolled children and ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and applicable health regulations. 

The Health Services Manager will coordinate medical, dental, and nutrition services for enrolled children.
Monitor and maintain child health records and CACFP documentation to ensure compliance. Conduct health and safety monitoring and support environmental safety practices across program sites. Provide training and guidance to staff on health procedures, documentation, and child safety practices.
Work with families to support children’s preventive health care and wellness needs.

Required Credentials:  Valid/Active NJ LPN license.
Experience in pediatrics, community health, or early childhood programs preferred. Knowledge of Head Start health and safety standards is a plus. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule: Temporary (3-6 months) – Full-time – 35 hours per week – Monday- through Friday. Able to travel to all 5 Head Start locations within Hudson County – Must have own means of transportation.
