Performs routine clerical duties, responsible for scanning and indexing records in an electronic file according to an established system. Retrieves data or correspondence from files as requested. High School Diploma or GED required; 1+year(s) related experience and/or education in the Health Information Management field. Experience in an Ambulatory Care setting.Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
